Do I need to provide the cleaning products?

No, we bring all cleaning supplies and materials needed to get any job done right, unless you have something special you would like us to use.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we do except Visa and MasterCard, however there is a processing fee, so we do ask that if you can pay with cash or check that would be greatly appreciated.

What is my time frame to cancel or reschedule?

We do understand certain situations are unavoidable, we do request a 24hr advance notice for any changes. The day of service cancelations can be subject to fee.

Do I always have to be home?

On your first visit with us, we do request someone be home to let the team know if you have any special requests, and to walk through to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Can I get the same team every time?

We do try our best to get the team you are requesting, if that doesn’t work we will try to get you at least the lead housekeeper.
